Headset Trade-up Program
Gulf Coast Avionics Headset Trade-Up Program allows the trade-in of a working headset towards the purchase of a new headset with a value of $650 or higher. The used headset must be in good working order with no exposed wires, cracks, obvious damage, or engravings, and original ear seals in good condition. Any costs involved in repairing the headset or replacing ear seals will reduce the trade-in value. Any non-repairable or unacceptable headset will be returned.
- Step 1. Purchase your new headset either online or by calling 800-474-9714.
- Step 2. If you’re calling in your order, let the sales representative know you are trading in a headset, and a Return Authorization will be provided you to send with the trade-in. If ordering online, please call Customer Service at 863-709-9714 to obtain the Return Authorization.
- Step 3. Once we have received, checked out the headset, and verified the headset is acceptable, we will either issue a credit to the same credit card used for the new headset purchase, or we will mail a check.
If Sending the Trade-in Headset First
Call Customer Service for a Return Authorization and send that with the headset. Once the headset has been received and evaluated, you will receive a telephone call from our Sales Dept to help you place your order for the new headset minus the trade-in value.
