GULF COAST Avionics announces it has entered into
a joint venture with AviaziÓn Group-Panama
Gulf Coast Avionics will provide exclusive avionics sales, engineering and marketing support for the rapidly growing Panama City based avionics facility.
Lakeland, FL (May 9, 2016) — Rick Garcia, President and CEO, Gulf Coast Avionics Corporation announced today that the company has entered into a joint venture program to be the exclusive avionics sales and engineering support provider for AviaZión Group – Panama.
“We are extremely excited about formalizing our ongoing relationship with AviaZión Group-Panama,” Garcia said. “We have had the opportunity to get to know the company's owner, Alex Gonzalez and his team while we were working on an avionics upgrade program for thePanamanian Servicio Nacional Aeronaval’s (Panamanian Air Navel Service’s) fleet of airplanes and helicopters.”
“I went down to Panama to visit their facility and came away very impressed with the high level of work they are doing on a variety of civil and military aircraft and helicopters,” he added. “As a Panamanian Aerocivil certified repair station and being located at Albrook “Marcos A. Gelabert” International Airport in Panama City, gives Avaizión Group a strategic advantage to serving all of Central and South America.”
