Avoid Stalls
The AV-30 alerts you visually and aurally if you approach a dangerous AoA. AoA is calculated by comparing the aircraft’s pitch, flight path, and G-loading.
Transponder Control
Travel beyond borders with tailBeaconX, the globally accepted, Aireon enabled, 1090/ES ADS-B Transponder. AV-30 paired with tailBeaconX allows you to easily set your mode and squawk while enabling additional functionality to AV-30.

Can I use the AV30 in the DG mode to replace my current indicator connected to my Garmin GPS 400, (non waas) and stay instrument certified for gps approaches?
The AV-30C is NOT approved to replace the current CDI in the aircraft. This is referenced in section 10.2.5 of the AV-30C Installation Manual linked below.

"This output does not provide IFR compliant lateral or vertical guidance, therefore all deviation related data presented is for VFR operations only." -
What about older autopilots like Piper Autocontroll III, anything in thefuture?
The manufacturer is working on certification for autopilot interfacing. What the interfaces will work and with what systems it will interface to. There is no indication of when this will be complete. Hoping sometime in the coming year.

Does the DG configuration have a interface for s-Tec auto pilot?
At this time, October 2021, the AP interface is not yet available. They are expecting this to be completed late 2021 or early 2022.

Will the AV30C-x interface with GNC 250xl? If not what VFR GPS is the best match for VFR interface?
Yes the AV-30C will interface to the GNC 250XL.

Would you be able to interface this with a legacy GPS navigator like the King KLN90b?
Per the installation manual, the KLN will interface to the AV-30C via an RS-232 interface.
Unfortunately, we have not tested this interface in house. -
Does this price include the TailBeaconX? Do you take TailBeacons in trade?
