DESCRIPTION
AirLite Digital Radio Receiver
The AirLite Digital Radio Receiver allows anyone to monitor aircraft communication. It is a diminutive 1.6 ounces and also receives AM/FM broadcast radio. It has a large digital LCD screen, with a soft orange backlight. It also has a built-in rechargeable battery, so that battery replacement is never necessary. AirLite receives on the aviation band with 25KHz spacing.

Does it have a speaker or do the earbuds have to be used ?
The unit comes with earbuds. I have tested a speaker and the unit does not have the power to push to a speaker.

Can the earbud outlet be used to connect an external speaker? What size is the plug?
We have not tried to interface to an external speaker at this time. The plug is a standard 3.5mm audio plug/jack.
