When is the KX200 available?
BendixKing is giving a December delivery for current orders. If you would like to place an order, you would be assured to recieve from one of the first batches that will be shipping to us. We are accepting a $200 deposit as a placeholder and will call when your unit is ready to ship for the final payment.

Is this a true slide in replacement? Will I have to change trays, add a wire etc or is it just take one out and slide the new one in
This will be a slide-in replacement. No need to change wiring, trays, or connectors. There is an adapter that will need to be installed.
We are waiting on manuals and further information, but have been assured this will be a very simple upgrade. -
1) Is the QUICK TUNE operation gonna work properly with the KLN94 GPS? 2) Is it (a replacement) for KX165A ? (Alpha)
The Quick Tune function is not going to be available in the early release of this system. It will only be a replacement for the KX-155 and KX-165 only.
Replacement for the 155A/165A will come at a later date. -
What is in the box? Unit only? Are we being charged for tray and connectors? TY. Exciting news for sure.
We are being told that the package will include the unit and an adapter. No tray or connectors will be needed.
This is supposed to be a slide-in replacement.
Currently, we do have units on order and we are taking pre-orders. Call in and we will reserve your order with a $200 deposit. Full payment would be required before we ship later this year. -
You require payment up-front to pre-order. If I change my mind and cancel prior to shipment, are there any costs involved or do I get a full reimbursement?

Will this be compatible with the King 209A CDI? I have a GPS/VLOC switch so that both my KX-155 and my GPS can use the 209A. Will this continue to work as a slide in replacement?? Also, is the output from the KX-200 compatible with the newer displays like Dynon Skyview?
The system is compatible with all systems that your current KX155/165 is interfaced to. Your exisiting KI-209A and switch will work with the KX 200.
We have not seen schematics for the KX 200, so cannot verify that it will interface to the Dynon system at this time. -
By any chance is this also a slide in for a KX i70 or KX 175?
This is a slide-in replacement for the KX 155/165 only.
